Return/Refund Policy is as follows, we require customers to report any issue within 48 hours of delivery or pick up. We require return of product/arrangement in its original condition to assess quality and fault. If the order differs from the description (including flower color, wrapping, or other specifications),customer must contact us first to resolve the issue. Any claims of wilting, damage, or premature deterioration must also be reported within 48 hours. After that time we cannot honor a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in original condition, and all disputes must be resolved directly with us before chargebacks occur. Orders can usually be fully refunded if canceled before the arrangement is designed or sent out for delivery. Special/Custom orders are considered final sale once materials are ordered or processing begins.
